WOMEN'S RESULTS
NAMPA, Idaho – The Westminster cross country teams competed in the Roger Curran Invitational hosted by Northwest Nazarene University on Saturday. The Griffins men placed sixth in the team standings, while the women placed fifth.
The men's team finished with 184 total points and finished the 6K course in an average time of 23:18.
Jordan Henderson paced the Griffins with a 44th-place finish and a time of 21:19.
David Sondrup placed 51st with his time of 21:48. Boise State won the men's event with 18 points and an average time of 18:55.
The women's team totaled 134 points with an average time of 17:18 over the 4K course.
Amanda Theobald had a strong start to the season with a 12th-place result and a time of 15:18.
Helen Ho finished 30th with her time of 16:48. The women's team event was won by College of Idaho with 46 points and an average time of 15:11.
Westminster returns to action on Saturday, September 26 at the Carroll College Invitational in Helena, Montana.
