MISSOULA, Mont. – The Westminster men's and women's golf teams each dropped opening round matches at the 2010 Frontier Conference Championships on Monday morning. The men's team lost 319-329 against Montana Tech while the women's team lost 311-447 to Rocky Mountain.

Bryce Till led the men this morning with a six-over 78. Matt Hardy shot 81 while Matthew Van Wagoner and Skyler Bloxham shot 82 and 88 respectively. Pete Wengel led Montana Tech with a round of 77.

The individual scores from the Griffins women's match were not available.

Rocky Mountain College captured the conference title in both the men's and women's events with wins over Lewis-Clark State in the championship matches.
