WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
THE NEST IS THE STUDENT GROUP WHO SUPPORTS WESTMINSTER COLLEGE ATHLETICS AND FORMS THE STUDENT SECTION AT GAMES. WE GO TO GAMES AND GET ROWDY. WE’RE LOUD, WE CREATE CHEER SHEETS, WE DRESS UP ACCORDING TO THE THEME NIGHTS, HAVE FUN WITH OPPOSSING TEAMS AND WE LOSE OUR VOICES (BUT USUALLY FIND THEM AT THE NEXT HOME GAME). WERE OVER 100 STRONG AND GROWING AND HELP BRING OUR TEAMS TO VICTORY!
MEMBERSHIP IS FREE ALONG WITH ADMISSION TO ALL HOME WESTMINSTER ATHLETIC EVENTS!

It’s easy to join, all you have to do is attend home athletic events, sit in the student section and cheer loud for YOUR Westminster Griffins! Come join the official student section of Westminster College! We had more than 100 students join in 2008-09 and hope to double that this season.
We are distributing 2009-10 “Nest” shirts at home games, so keep and eye out! If you have a “Nest” shirt from last year wear it to the next home athletic event.
