Kristy Montignani scored with just 37 seconds left in overtime to give Rocky Mountain College a 2-1 win over Westminster in women’s soccer on Thursday afternoon. The loss snaps a four-game unbeaten streak for Westminster, and is the second overtime loss to Rocky in as many years.

The Westminster women’s soccer team used three second half goals to turn a 1-1 halftime tie into a 4-1 victory over Holy Name on Sunday afternoon. Heather Hillam scored twice in the game, both in the second half, as the Griffins won their third consecutive game. The win evens the Griffins record at 7-7-1 on the season.

Women’s Soccer Earns 0-0 Tie with No. 17 Carroll College

Westminster women's soccer tied No. 17 Carroll College today on Dumke Field. This is the first tie of the season for the Griffins, and snaps a four-game losing streak. Both teams fought through 90 minutes of regulation and two 10 minute overtime sessions, but neither could find the back of the net. Westminster is now 4-7-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the Frontier Conference.
